Note about anonymity: AnonCam is designed to minimize data collection, including contact information. We don't have a traditional support ticket system or live chat. All communication is via email. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days, but sometimes take longer due to small team size. For urgent safety concerns, see below.

Report Abuse / Violations

If you encountered a user violating our rules (harassment, nudity, spam, illegal activity), use the Report button within the chat interface first. This is the fastest way to flag a user as it includes session context.

Include as many details as possible: approximate time, user description, what happened. Screenshots help. We investigate all reports but cannot guarantee your desired outcome.

Safety Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger or have received credible threats of violence, contact your local law enforcement first. AnonCam is not an emergency service.

Experiencing problems? Before contacting us, try:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily
  • Check our FAQ for troubleshooting

Why So Many Email Addresses?

Different addresses help us route messages to the right team/person more efficiently. It's not that we have a huge staff — we're a small operation — but filtering by address streamlines triage. All emails ultimately reach our team, just with different labels.

What We Don't Provide

  • Phone support — We're a small team and cannot maintain a phone line.
  • Live chat — That would require real-time staffing we don't have.
  • Guaranteed response times — We aim for 2-3 days but sometimes take longer.
  • Technical support for your device — We can help with AnonCam-specific issues, but general browser/camera troubleshooting is on you (see FAQ).
  • 24/7 availability — We're humans with time zones and sleep schedules.
  • Personalized troubleshooting — Our responses are often template-based to handle common issues efficiently.

Before You Email

  1. Check the FAQ — Your question might already be answered: FAQ page.
  2. Search your issue — Try keywords in your browser: "anon-cam video not working," etc.
  3. Try basic fixes — Refresh, restart browser, clear cache, try another browser.
  4. Be specific — "It doesn't work" isn't helpful. Describe what you expected vs what happened.
  5. Include technical details — Browser name+version, OS, error screenshot, timestamp.
No physical address: AnonCam is run by a distributed team with no central office. We don't publish a physical mailing address because it's unnecessary for our operations and would compromise team member privacy. All legitimate business can be conducted via email.
